RODO
Pursuant to Article 13 (1) and (2) of Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Official Journal of the EU, L 1 19/1 of May 4, 2016), hereinafter: the General Data Protection Regulation or RODO, I inform you that:
(1) The administrator of your personal data is: JGS Tech Jacek Góra, headquartered in Tarnowskie Góry (42-680) at Racławicka 7b, registered in the Central Register and Information on Business Activity (CEIDG) under the NIP number 6452140903.

3. your personal data will be protected and processed for:
- Performance of contracts (based on Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO), including the Sales Agreement,
- Marketing of the Administrator's own products or services, sending offers and orders and commercial and marketing information (based on Article 6(1)(a) of the DPA),
- the realization of our legitimate interest consisting in the possible establishment or assertion of claims or defense against claims, for analytical and statistical purposes, archival (evidential) purposes for the preservation of information in the event of a legal need to prove the facts (the legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) RODO),
- for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator under generally applicable laws, in particular tax and accounting regulations - the legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO,
(4) The recipients of your personal data will be entities entitled to obtain personal data under the law, entities providing IT, telecommunications, legal, accounting, production, commercial, distribution, logistics, advertising, marketing services to the Administrator.
5. the Administrator does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or international organization.
6 Your personal data will be processed for the time specified by law in accordance with the Accounting Act and the Tax Ordinance Act, and in the case of marketing purposes – until you revoke your consent.
7 You have the right of access to the content of your personal data and the right to rectify them, the right to their portability, the right to restrict processing, the right to object to processing, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal (if processing is carried out on the basis of consent).
(8) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016.
9. providing personal data is voluntary, but:
- in the case of contract performance - necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract,
- in the case of targeting marketing offers - necessary for sending offers and orders and commercial and marketing information,
10. your personal data will not be subject to profiling or automated decision-making.
(11) Failure to provide data to the extent required by law may result in failure to enter into a contract for the provision of services.
